Mode of Action

Selective, systemic herbicides with contact and residual action.

Inhibits plant amino acid synthesis.

Absorbed through the roots and foliage and translocated to the apex of the plants. Symptoms appear within days with death within 2-4 weeks.

Dosage

e.g. Metsulfuron-Methyl 20% WDG, Control of annual weeds on winter wheat: 525~600g a.i./ha.

Specific dosage depends on different situation.

Application method

Spray, post emergence.

5.  First Aid Measures

General advice: Consult a physician.

If inhaled. If breathed in, move person into fresh air.

If not breathing, give artificial respiration

In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and plenty of water

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 min.

If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water.
